Kent Tree Service Pros ("we," "us") is operated by Lincoln Logging Tree Care LLC. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our phone line, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the quote form: name, phone, email, address or neighborhood, the service you need, your description, any photos you upload, and your consent choice (with the date and time).
- Phone calls to the number on this site go directly to the tree service provider's business line. Calls are not recorded.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through standard server and hosting logs. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use and share it
We use your information to connect you with one local tree service provider for the service you requested, to follow up on the status of your request, and to keep records of referrals. The provider receives your contact details and request and may contact you by phone, text or email as you agreed. We do not sell your information to data brokers or share your request with multiple companies.
We use service providers to run the site and deliver form and call data (for example, a form-delivery service and email provider). They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Texts and calls
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To stop calls or emails about your request, tell the provider or contact us at Lincolnlogging.wa@gmail.com.
Retention and security
We keep referral records as long as needed for the purposes above and for business and legal recordkeeping, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing Lincolnlogging.wa@gmail.com. This site is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
